Responsibilities
  • Assess retail assortment to win in the marketplace
  • Develop and execute holistic marketing plans across relevant touchpoints along the consumer journey
  • Execute winning go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Closely track in-market performance of both new items as well as established ones, recommending interventions or course-correction when needed to achieve breakthrough goals
  • Organize marketing materials to support international teams
  • Manage sample requests for meetings, marketing needs and PR
  • Share best practices and learning across businesses
  • Collaborate and communicate with creative, marketing and sales partners to advance ideas and work to completion.
  • Deliver against tight deadlines.
