About the Team & Business Line

As a core business, Fund Administration is at the heart of Citco's operations, providing alternative asset and accounting services to clients. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions enables us to deliver a seamless client experience. 

This is an exciting new role with the Corporate Secretarial – Operations function in a large and growing Fund Administration business. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced person to be part of our critical functions across multiple countries.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team across multiple regional countries, working closely with senior management and clients to drive growth and add value to our CoSec Operations. As a core member of our CoSec Operations team, be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

About You:

• You have a Bachelors’ Degree in business or corporate law.
• Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position gained within a corporate services provider or law firm in Luxembourg.
• Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of the transactions.
• Work effectively within a team, as well as, individually.
• Client focused, service-minded and show a dynamic attitude.
• Able to multi-task, while managing, with the assistant vice president, unforeseen urgencies as and when they arise.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – fluent level of English (French / German would definitely be a valuable asset).

Your Role:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring that work is being coordinated and performed (by yourself or by someone within your team) and that deadlines are met.
• Liaise with local and international legal professionals, financial institutions and professionals, as well as, client liaison and support.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance and updating of statutory books and database administration and related statutory filings and payments.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of various internal tracking spreadsheets and daily/weekly and monthly reporting, as well as participate in collection and collation of KYC documents for client files.
• Identify when processes/procedures need to be documented or amended, in the aim of gaining efficiencies.
• Mentoring, coaching and training junior staff on internal processes, client specificities and general processes.
