Responsibilities
  • Autonomously manage the ZOE press inbox for US enquiries
  • Act as the key daily contact for US journalists
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting of PR activity to the wider business
  • Drive US-based product reviews and VIP press gifting for ZOE
  • Develop and deliver on the (organic) podcast strategy
  • Draft press releases, press commentary, and copy for other parts of the business
  • Draft and pitch creative ideas for the media
  • Build relationships with top tier consumer media
  • Support wider brand and marketing initiatives
  • Share timely coverage and industry trends
  • Contribute to the PR and Communications strategy and quarterly OKRs
