Requirements
  • Higher education in logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
  • At least 10 years of confirmed experience in field logistics operations and project management.
  • Strong experience in a third-party logistics warehouse environment is required.
  • Strong command of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Excellent capability in complex, cross-functional project management.
  • Ability to formalize business needs and write functional and operational specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and pace the operational deployment of the logistics blueprint.
  • Structure the overall deployment plan, including milestones, priorities, and project sequencing.
  • Ensure adherence to the schedule and synchronization among projects.
  • Coordinate workstreams covering warehouses, transportation, flows, and tools.
  • Lead steering committees, project committees, and reporting activities.
  • Anticipate risks and arbitrate priorities.
  • Gather and analyze business needs from internal and field stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and operational specifications.
  • Adapt requirements for company-operated warehouses and third-party logistics providers.
  • Integrate process, information technology, performance, and scalability dimensions.
  • Ensure alignment with the logistics blueprint’s strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate providers’ technical, organizational, and financial responses.
  • Challenge proposed solutions regarding capacity, robustness, and scalability.
  • Compare scenarios and analyze their overall consistency.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.
  • Contribute to decision-making and structurally important choices.
  • Supervise deployment phases, including launch, transition, and ramp-up.
  • Secure operational starts, including warehouse openings and activity transfers.
  • Coordinate field activities between internal teams and partners.
  • Monitor post-deployment performance and lead optimization plans.
  • Ensure achievement of cost, service-quality, and deadline objectives.
  • Support teams through organizational and operational changes.
  • Deploy new processes, standards, and tools.
  • Build and facilitate communication and training plans.
  • Encourage stakeholder adoption across logistics, commerce, finance, information technology, and other functions.
  • Establish continuous-improvement practices and sustainable adoption.
