Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles leading teams in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance customer-facing ad-tech applications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and align commercial and product teams.
  • Proficiency in optimizing technical operations, addressing technical debt, and improving efficiency.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the business objectives and drive long-term growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing software engineering leaders and teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career growth opportunities.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and design. Familiar with modern development methodologies and best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
