About the job
- A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.
- At least 1 year of experience managing or overseeing a large team of hourly employees is required.
- The role requires the ability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for community events.
- Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
- Handle new patient onboarding and scheduling.
- Monitor patient and teammate attendance.
- Ensure consistent and timely session note conversion.
- Lead the clinic's morale committee by supporting the organization of off-site team-building activities, happy hours, and other teammate engagement activities.
- Support the Clinical Director with budget oversight, teammate hiring, new-hire training, and teammate performance-management initiatives.
- Plan community-focused, caregiver/patient, and team-building events each quarter.
- Manage the clinic's ongoing schedules, callouts, and coverage needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the facility, technology, and therapy materials to support seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance insights.
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new staff.
- Coach and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Track clinic revenue, expenses, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in the applied behavior analysis (ABA) industry is strongly preferred.
