Compensation Overview

FIGS is looking for an 100% awesome, capable, experienced Community Hub Support Lead to assist in running point at our Rittenhouse retail store in Philadelphia. The Community Hub Support Lead will be responsible for all aspects of assisting the operations specialist in retail operations as well as the development and management of all FIGS community hub support associates. You will be the one to set the tone for the retail team to help bring the FIGS Brand to life. You’re accountable for driving our business through excellent inventory management and customer experience. Collaboration with your leadership team is essential in order to create a successful team that meets and exceeds goals. 

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the FIGS brand and mission is being represented constantly 
• Participate in visual merchandising and coach team on store standards 
• Support in executing innovative projects on a tight deadline 
• Communicate inventory, product performance needs to the store manager on a weekly basis
• Educate and train your team to ensure an awesome experience 
• Support driving and maintaining sales goals for the store as well as coach and train team in order to drive performance. 
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs) 
• Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to health care professional issues with brand and HCP top of mind. 
• Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues 
• Be a strong partner to inhouse leadership and deliver feedback and insights. 

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years retail experience store 
• 2+ years managing high volume retail 
• Action oriented, driving for results 
• Ability to motivate others and build effective teams 
• Skilled at mediating and negotiating to resolve conflict 
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role’s base salary range is between $22/hr and $24/hr. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
