Sean Kiernan joins WIN Sports Group.

Sean Kiernan joins WIN Sports Group. October 28, 2026 Department: Football And Coaching Divisions * Veteran agent Sean Kiernan has joined WIN Sports Group to bolster its football, coaching, and front-office executive divisions. * High-profile NFL executives, including Detroit Lions general manager Brad Holmes and Las Vegas Raiders general manager John Spytek, are joining WIN alongside Kiernan. * Kiernan brings 23 years of certified experience, having negotiated more front-office and head-coaching deals across the last six NFL cycles than any other agent. * Kiernan's hiring follows major 2026 talent acquisitions at WIN, including wide receiver Puka Nacua and executive division head Josh Pyatt. Veteran sports agent Sean Kiernan has officially joined WIN Sports Group. He steps into a core leadership role across the agency's football and coaching divisions, working alongside senior leaders Clint Dowdle and Jacques McClendon. In his new role, Kiernan will continue representing approximately 10 active NFL players while focusing primarily on front-office executives, head coaches, and coordinators. The majority of his executive roster is moving with him to WIN, led by Detroit Lions executive vice president and general manager Brad Holmes and Las Vegas Raiders general manager John Spytek. Over the last six NFL hiring cycles, Kiernan has represented more general managers and head coaches during contract negotiations than any other agent in football. Kiernan has been an NFLPA-certified contract advisor since 2003 and holds a law degree from the University of Miami. He brings more than two decades of elite sports representation experience. Before this move, he spent five years at Athletes First. Earlier in his career, he served as a partner at Select Sports Group and spent over a decade representing talent at Impact Sports Management. The hire marks another major milestone in WIN Sports Group's aggressive 2026 expansion. Earlier this year, agency veteran Josh Pyatt joined WTSL & WIN to launch and lead its WIN Artists division, bringing in high-profile names like two-time U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau. Shortly after, the agency added record-setting Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua for representation. Sean Kiernan's move represents a major power shift in the business side of professional football. Most sports agency headlines focus on star quarterbacks or wide receivers switching agencies, but elite front-office and coaching representation dictates how entire franchises are built. General managers like Brad Holmes and John Spytek control draft boards, multi-hundred-million-dollar payrolls, and coaching staff hires. By bringing this executive network into WIN Sports Group, Kiernan gives the agency a direct line into the decision-making suites of the NFL. Coupled with their recent on-field additions like Puka Nacua, WIN is rapidly establishing itself as a top rival to legacy agencies like Athletes First and CAA. How much does representing active general managers give an agency an advantage when negotiating player contracts across the league? Will Sean Kiernan's arrival prompt more head coaches and coordinators to jump ship ahead of the upcoming hiring cycle?

Vivian Jenna Wilson signs with Echo Lake Entertainment for management.

Vivian Jenna Wilson signs with Echo Lake Entertainment for management. October 22, 2026 New Representation Type: Management Department: Digital * Model, digital creator, and LGBTQ+ advocate Vivian Jenna Wilson has officially signed with Echo Lake Entertainment for management representation. * Digital manager Tanayri Novoa, who joined Echo Lake's Beverly Hills headquarters from CAA, will steer Wilson's brand strategy and multimedia expansion. * The signing follows a packed 2025-2026 run featuring runway walks at New York, Milan, and Paris Fashion Weeks, a cover for Cosmopolitan UK, and a cameo appearance in Katseye's "PINKY UP" music video. Model and digital creator Vivian Jenna Wilson has signed with Echo Lake Entertainment for digital management. Digital talent manager Tanayri Novoa will oversee Wilson's day-to-day management and brand partnerships. The signing expands Wilson's professional team as her profile in fashion and entertainment grows. Over the past two years, Wilson has built a notable footprint in the fashion world. After landing the cover of Teen Vogue in early 2025, she made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week. Since then, she has walked at Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, stepped out for Desigual's 40th anniversary show in Ibiza, and fronted high-profile campaigns such as Awe Inspired's "Nocturne" collection. Outside the runway, Wilson appeared in Katseye's "PINKY UP" music video, covered Cosmopolitan UK, and launched an apparel line that raised money for The Trevor Project. For Echo Lake Entertainment, Wilson's addition continues an active cross-sector roster expansion, following the Beverly Hills firm's recent signing of Matthew Morrison for film and television management. Wilson's move also highlights how modern managers are helping digital stars expand into full-scale multimedia businesses, similar to when Stef Williams signed with MVE Management to support her brand deals and lifestyle ventures. Manager Tanayri Novoa joined Echo Lake in July 2026 after five years at CAA, where she worked across commercial endorsements and global client strategy. At Echo Lake, Novoa focuses on securing major commercial partnerships and championing diverse creators in modern digital entertainment. Wilson's decision to bring in Echo Lake Entertainment alongside her existing agency and PR representation reflects a mature industry strategy. Rather than relying solely on viral social media traction, Wilson is structuring a full-service Hollywood team to turn runway visibility and cultural capital into lasting commercial equity. Partnering with Tanayri Novoa, who brings deep corporate endorsement and packaging experience from CAA, positions Wilson to transition smoothly from independent creator to a major multi-platform talent across fashion, beauty, and digital entertainment. Will Echo Lake focus primarily on packaging Wilson for luxury fashion ambassadorships, or will they push her toward unscripted TV and streaming projects? What types of brand partnerships would best match Wilson's outspoken advocacy and distinct Gen Z voice?

Someone like you: Universal hires partnerships chief.

Someone like you: Universal hires partnerships chief. September 30, 2026 8:47 am Universal Music Group, the home of artists from Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish and Bob Marley to Elton John, Adele and Coldplay, has made its second senior appointment this week, recruiting its first president of global brands and commercial partnerships. Libby Bush joins from Creative Artists Agency, where she served as global head of entertainment partnerships and was a member of the agency board; she starts her new role in November. Bush, who has more than two decades of experience driving growth and cultivating relationships at the highest levels of the industry, lead a new global function that brings together UMG's brands, media, and commercial partnership businesses, including Universal Music Group for Brands (UMGB). She will report to UMG's chief operating officer Boyd Muir. Drawing together the expertise and relationships across UMG's labels and businesses, Bush has been tasked with making ambitious collaborations easier to develop and deliver worldwide. Spanning digital platforms, physical products and live experiences, these collaborations will be rooted in artists' originality and authentic connections with fans. Bush joined CAA in 2020, when the agency bought Tandem Entertainment, a business she had founded in 2015. She went on to launch and build CAA's entertainment partnerships division, establishing it as a leading business connecting entertainment, brands and media. Prior to that, Bush worked in senior partnership roles at Marvel Entertainment, ABC Television and the National Basketball Association. Muir said, "As the ways fans experience music evolve, the opportunities for its artists multiply. Bringing its brand, media, and commercial partnerships together under Libby's leadership will help extend its artists' reach and grow their revenues, while giving its partners new ways to build relationships with fans and collaborate with the world's most influential voices. "Libby brings exceptional creative and commercial expertise to the world's leading music company. She'll work with our talent, teams, and partners to create memorable experiences for fans, lasting value for brands, and new possibilities for artists." Bush added: "Music has never been more central to culture, and what artists can build around it has never been bigger. Today's artists are storytellers, founders, and brands in their own right. "UMG has the greatest artists and songwriters in the world, extraordinary label teams, and incredible global reach. I am excited to bring those strengths together to give artists even more ways to reach fans and build lasting businesses, and to give brands a meaningful role in something people love. "I look forward to working with Boyd, our leadership and teams around the world on collaborations that artists are proud of and fans want to be part of." Bush's appointment is the latest in a series of moves to strengthen UMG's central operations under Boyd Muir's leadership, including the appointments of Òscar Celma as senior vice president of applied AI and machine learning earlier this week and Hannah Poferl as chief data officer in January.
