Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in computer and information science, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • At least 7 years of professional information technology experience is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in client success, account management, program management, or consulting in healthcare information technology or a related industry is required.
  • A proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and delivering technology solutions is required.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into business value for clients are required.
  • Relationship management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments is required.
Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership to keep them apprised of client customer discontent so issues can be addressed immediately.
  • Attend client-deemed necessary meetings to keep Magellan apprised of changes that may impact current client-support processes.
  • Gather and document issues and requests for change received from the client.
  • Maintain status updates and communicate with leadership and client contacts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide status and iterative releases.
  • Provide client advisory services regarding contracted services and offer insight and guidance on technology products and technical roadmaps.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver implementation and support services for technology solutions.
  • Represent the client's voice and advocate for the client experience.

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
