Paybis expands European crypto purchases with four new local payment methods.

Paybis expands European crypto purchases with four new local payment methods. October 23, 2026 The Currency Analytics general Positive Paybis has expanded its European crypto purchasing options by integrating four new local payment methods - iDEAL for the Netherlands, BLIK for Poland, Multibanco for Portugal, and EPS for Austria - allowing users in these markets to buy cryptocurrency without entering card details for the first time. The addition removes a major friction point in the retail crypto onboarding experience, as local bank-linked payment systems are already trusted and widely used by millions of everyday consumers across Europe. For traders and newcomers researching how to buy crypto in Europe, European crypto payment methods, and fiat-to-crypto on-ramps, Paybis's expansion directly addresses the accessibility gap that has historically slowed retail adoption in non-English-speaking EU markets. The move comes amid intensifying competition among crypto exchanges and on-ramp providers to capture European market share under MiCA regulation, where user experience and local payment compatibility are becoming key differentiators. By supporting iDEAL, BLIK, Multibanco, and EPS, Paybis aligns itself with consumer banking habits in four countries that collectively represent tens of millions of potential crypto buyers who have been underserved by card-only platforms. The elimination of card details also reduces chargeback risk and payment friction, which could meaningfully improve conversion rates for Paybis across these regions. Watch for Paybis to announce additional European local payment integrations as it competes for market share with larger platforms like Coinbase and Binance. Paybis enables crypto purchases via iDEAL, BLIK, Multibanco, and EPS in Europe, removing the need for card details for users in four key markets.
