Marketing Specialist
About the job
- An Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior living setting is required.
- Intermediate computer skills are required.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills are required.
- A valid South Carolina driver's license is required.
- Respond to phone, website, and walk-in inquiries and assist with lead management.
- Conduct community tours and support prospective residents through the sales process.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management records, prospect information, and reporting databases.
- Coordinate resident interior finish selections and track construction-related documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and sales events while providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, applications, and move-in documentation.
- Manage office operations, filing systems, design samples, supplies, and marketing materials.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, prospects, and team members.
- Assist with managing the marketing database by updating prospect and resident information, activities, and status.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in senior living is preferred.
- Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred.
- Strong communication, administrative, and reporting skills are preferred.
