- Escalate alarms according to the agreed escalation matrix when detecting an event in Tier 1, 2, and 3 systems and customer-facing applications.
- Monitor and report the availability and performance of Tier 1, 2, and 3 systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Open an incident record (ticket) when an event trend indicates a potential issue.
- Enroll and integrate new systems, applications, or business processes entering production into existing monitoring tools and add them to the current monitoring scope.
- Perform other work involving technologies related to building the services as assigned.
