  • 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or working with product development and engineering teams
  • Experience in the Software industry
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, technology or related field(s)
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Highly organized & able to manage time effectively and efficiently
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to translating customer needs and market requirements into concise user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Create and maintain a detailed backlog, sprint plan (in coordination with engineering leads), and release plan (in coordination with go-to-market stakeholders) for launching product updates
  • Work closely with Product engineering and design teams on a day-to-day basis; participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming and sprint retrospective meetings
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, marketing, sales, and support to take product features from ideation to release and on-going operation (go-to-market and organizational readiness)
  • Possess a high level of understanding the needs of restaurants, their staff and guests to deliver a best in class experience via the TouchBistro platform
