Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment goals
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA preferred
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (if not already required)
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (if not already stated)
- Mastery of data collection and analysis techniques
