Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Two to five years of experience in operational management or team leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and develop a team to meet performance expectations over time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage an existing small-to-medium-sized team focused on a function within the portfolio monitoring process, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee the function's operations and ensure timely and accurate task execution.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize team productivity, continuously iterating as the firm evolves.
  • Identify and address team skill gaps through coaching, escalate performance issues when applicable, and provide supplemental training opportunities for the broader team.
  • Coordinate with other functional leads and senior management on team and function performance, escalating issues as needed.
