Responsibilities
  • Build, document, and implement Consultative Strategies for the team's portfolio
  • Propose and direct team-wide initiatives for Customer Success
  • Own multi-product expansion targets and measure outcomes
  • Communicate Account Reporting to stakeholders
  • Act as a resource and escalation point for Tier 2 book of business
  • Deliver best-in-class experiences to the book of business
  • Train CSM team members on best practices and feature implementation
  • Collaborate with connected teams for strategy implementation
  • Craft and report merchant revenue, brand experience, and product feedback internally
  • Advocate for merchants internally and collaborate cross-functionally
