Requirements
  • An active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust, EOD, or Top Secret clearance is required for consideration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting clients in RPA and automation tool development or maintenance is required.
  • Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices is required.
  • Programming skills in R, MATLAB, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, or .NET are required.
  • The ability to identify processes that are ideal for automation and apply creative problem-solving is required.
  • Experience developing with an RPA tool such as UiPath or Power Automate is required.
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures and similar process guides to support RPA clients is required.
  • The ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation models.
  • Provide technical support for RPA automation development and implementation in UiPath.
  • Architect and develop workflow-based solutions as needed.
  • Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
  • Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Address problems involving systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Perform feasibility analyses on potential future projects and report findings to management.
  • Assist in evaluating and recommending application software packages, application integration tools, and testing tools.
  • Resolve software problems and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Act as team leader on projects.
  • Instruct, assign, direct, and check the work of other software developers on the development team.
  • Work with the Scrum Master and Business Analyst to align with agile best practices.
  • Participate in recurring Scrum ceremonies.
