About the job
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- One to three years of experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, or related work, is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance are required.
- Willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies is required.
- Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with management and staff and work closely with them on special maintenance projects.
- Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.
- Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
- Maintain vacant lot grounds.
- Conduct irrigation system repairs.
- Move heavy objects.
- Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Experience managing irrigation timers, repairing irrigation leaks and sprinkler heads, and performing irrigation and landscape maintenance.
- A general maintenance background for work in other areas of the resort.
