Requirements
  • BA/BS required in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or relevant field, advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven business development results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in person, virtual, and via email/phone.
  • Experience dealing with senior executives.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing capabilities and analytical tools
  • MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Numbers driven and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of the HR Benefits Industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage & grow existing target list of strategic prospect accounts
  • Create, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce.com
  • Attain and exceed all assigned new partner acquisition goals/objectives
  • Present qualifying prospects on our value proposition and solutions
  • Gain alignment with key stakeholders such as C-Suite & other Senior Leadership
  • Manage prospects through each business development phase of the pipeline process
  • Work with the Manager on sales material development
  • Work with Sales Enablement on creative & support material
  • Collaborate & leverage the expertise of the account management team
  • Present & report results to the VP, Sales
  • Participate in team meetings to share prospect pipeline & knowledge
  • Develop and scale new Partner segments
  • Implement campaigns with the goal of increasing new partner opportunities
  • Participate in Partner conferences and industry events
