  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant discipline, combined with 10+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
  • Strategic thinker with proactive approach to identifying and addressing compensation challenges
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to guide and influence senior leaders and drive compensation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Compensation programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee program management frameworks, best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and operations, to drive program success.
  • Manage program risks and issues, proactively identifying challenges and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Report on program performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to influence business decisions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
