At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
Knowledge of or work-related experience with garden center products, such as plants or landscape materials.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Technical knowledge of point-of-sale systems, Windows, and Excel.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail supervisory or management capacity
Previous knowledge or work-related experience in garden center products such as plants or landscape materials is required
Good written and verbal communication skills demonstrated.
Good technical knowledge including POS, Window’s and Excel.
Demonstrated strength in employee relations, problem solving and customer service.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
High energy level with the ability to provide strong leadership, train, delegate and motivate staff.
