  • An Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all installation projects, ensuring quality of work and timely completion while containing costs and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Foster good communication and relationships among customers, contractors, subcontractors, Technicians, and Sales Reps.
  • Serve as resource for sales representatives when quoting installation pricing and scheduling.
  • Ensure Rite-Hite product is properly applied and installed according to Rite-Hite specifications, requiring close relationship with corporate applications department and day-to-day contact with the sales organization.
  • Visit job sites pre-sale to ensure all issues that need to be considered when quoting are addressed.
  • Review all orders to determine which are projects.
  • Coordinate all projects with Sales Representative, TTL, and CSR, as well as subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and perform job site checks as needed.
  • Attend project startup meetings, ensuring good communication with all parties and fostering good relationships with customers, contractors, and other parties on the job.
  • Maintain the district's electronic installation schedule.
  • Coordinate all-district installations with customers and subcontractors, including off loading of product, necessary equipment, and resolving unforeseen issues that arise during the project.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance on projects, including quality of work, compliance with safety standards, compliance with Arbon customer service standards, and meeting deadlines, per AQBP.
  • Perform cost control activities including review of subcontractor invoices.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge of all Rite-Hite products and common allied products.
  • Working with Service Manager, TTL's, and Safety Coordinator, support a safe and healthy workplace for Arbon employees and subcontractors. This includes modelling safe behaviors and safety policies, supporting safety training programs, conducting safety audits of Technicians and subcontractors, and monitoring safety on job sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Rite-Hite acquires Johnson Equipment. Milwaukee-based material handling system manufacturer Rite-Hite Holding Corp. has acquired Johnson Equipment Co. Based in Dallas, Johnson Equipment has 300 employees at 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Mexico. The Johnson Equipment sales and service offices become part of a Rite-Hite network of company-owned distribution locations serving customers in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Customers of Johnson Equipment will continue receiving the same service and support from the team they know. "We plan to take a thoughtful approach to integrating our businesses so we can capitalize on the best of both organizations," said Dan Anderson, president of global distribution at Rite-Hite.

Milwaukee-based Rite-Hite Holding Corporation has acquired Johnson Equipment Company in one of its largest acquisitions to date. The Dallas-based company employs 300 people across 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Mexico. Founded in 1959, the family-owned Johnson Equipment Company will join Rite-Hite's global distribution network spanning the USA, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Rite-Hite President and CEO Micaela Bomhack said the companies' cultures and values align perfectly, with shared focus on customer service, safety and innovation. Johnson Equipment customers will continue receiving service from the existing team. The acquisition expands Rite-Hite's company-owned distribution locations serving industrial equipment customers worldwide.
