Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and monitor online brand infringement using the company's AI platform to detect and identify listings suspected of copyright, trademark, or design-right infringement, as well as counterfeit websites.
  • Submit appropriate takedown requests promptly to relevant platforms and hosting providers for detected intellectual-property infringements, and manage the related tasks to ensure infringing material is removed.
  • Understand enterprise customers' infringement cases, create appropriate AI prompts, and monitor whether the AI operates as intended, coordinating strategic planning and execution with sales and customer success management.
  • Understand the detailed quality standards expected by Japanese enterprise customers and meet their needs through rigorous task management and careful execution.
  • Systematize brand-protection templates and best practices and share knowledge to improve team-wide efficiency.
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Have practical experience or a strong interest in brand protection or anti-counterfeiting.
  • Have knowledge of infringement-reporting processes for e-commerce platforms or anti-piracy, including Amazon, Shopee, Alibaba, and hosting providers.
  • Have conversational Korean proficiency.
  • Have a data-related academic major or programming experience.
  • Have industry knowledge in luxury goods, gaming, entertainment, automotive, cosmetics, or industrial equipment.
