Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science or related technical field and 2 or more years of industry or DoD/DoN experience.
  • US citizenship and at minimum an active secret clearance
  • Experience interpreting and reporting complex data.
Responsibilities
  • Collect and organize data from complex Navy Combat Systems during test events and operational assessments.
  • Analyze data to evaluate system performance, comparing results against certification and operational benchmarks.
  • Identify and document trends, anomalies, and potential areas of improvement based on collected data.
  • Use MATLAB or similar tools to process and analyze large datasets, develop models, and create visualizations for performance reporting.
  • Automate routine data analysis tasks and develop scripts to streamline data processing workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including system engineers, test engineers, Fleet Representatives and Program Managers, to support system assessments.
  • Provide technical input to improve data collection processes and tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working experience with programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, MATLAB).
  • Familiarity with Navy Combat Systems
  • Knowledge of military standards or defense-related certifications is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
