Your Day-to-Day

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Recognize returning and loyalty guests and provide personalized service.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, upselling, and guest inquiries.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, including ID verification and key handling.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, concerns, and messages promptly.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and involve management when needed.
• Maintain safety, security, and brand standards at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a positive brand ambassador.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support colleagues with additional duties when required.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience in Front Office or a guest-facing hotel role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
