Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer
About the job
- Experience in helpdesk and desktop support.
- Good automation skills or actively developing them.
- Understanding of Local Area Networking, including WiFi and related security concepts.
- Experience managing connectivity in small sites, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Some experience supporting Okta, Google Suite Workspace, Tempworks, or any applicant tracking system.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication with stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Handle helpdesk tickets.
- Provide IT support for office infrastructure, including WiFi and network connectivity.
- Manage devices through WorkspaceOne.
- Manage endpoint security through Carbon Black.
- Onboard and offboard users.
- Image laptops to prepare them and wipe laptops according to procedures.
- Keep asset records up to date.
- Collaborate with the wider global team to streamline operating procedures and enhance the experience for IT users.
