Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience, preferably with high-volume dealerships or a warranty processing company.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Jira.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven analytical skills, particularly in interpreting complex warranty terms and conditions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fully remote team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Reliable, high-speed home internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
  • Review submitted warranty claims, especially complex claims, to identify and capture additional revenue opportunities for clients.
  • Use proprietary software to review, validate, and process warranty claims accurately.
  • Analyze claims by reviewing labor operations, warranty terms, and client details, and accurately assign billable hours to technicians in compliance with applicable original equipment manufacturer guidelines.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders to secure necessary documentation, resolve claim issues, and provide timely responses regarding claim status and eligibility.
  • Document claim activities, including approvals, rejections, and resolutions, in accordance with company and original equipment manufacturer policies.
  • Maintain the dealer’s warranty receivables schedule, reconcile items with the original equipment manufacturer, and communicate necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Development teams to analyze warranty claim trends, share best practices, and drive process improvements.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, original equipment manufacturer warranty policies, and industry regulations, serving as a resource for clients and internal teams.
