About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks, and backend development, including object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, databases or SQL, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on, daily experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot, including writing precise prompts and critically evaluating generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
  • Grounding in software design patterns, the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, Git, and continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end across user interfaces, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations, using clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Build modern frontend experiences with component-based user interfaces and responsive design, as well as robust backend services and APIs, applying object-oriented and software design principles.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and code review, while maintaining engineering rigor over AI-generated output.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration practices.
  • For Salesforce work, develop using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and the Salesforce security model; support is available to ramp up on the platform.
  • Explore and build agentic and AI-powered features, including agent builders, workflow automation, and AI agents, with appropriate governance and human-in-the-loop checks.
  • Own features through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies, and raise engineering practices across the team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Architecture reasoning, clean coding, and diagnosing difficult bugs, with or without AI tools.
  • Using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex as default AI-assisted development tools to build fluency across the stack.
  • Adaptability and curiosity in learning new platforms, including Salesforce and MuleSoft.
  • Driving features to completion, maintaining quality, and elevating the engineers around them.
  • Applying AI meaningfully to business problems, including automation, decision support, and smarter workflows.
