Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, brand activation, or related roles within the beverage or consumer products industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel is a requirement, at times by airplane and may include overnight stays.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends with some occasional holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Be the face of the brand at events, showcasing innovative beverages and engaging with potential customers.
  • Support retail merchandising, education, and demonstrations.
  • Take charge of executing brand activation strategies that effectively communicate the company's values and product offerings.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
  • Become an expert in beverage products, understanding their unique features and benefits, and effectively communicate this information to consumers and retailers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, collaborate with store managers to implement in-store displays, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
