Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience within the observability space.
  • Experience working in developer-centric GTM motions, or monitoring observability.
  • 10+ years industry experience within observability, security, and/or cloud computing space
  • Experience leading a team of senior-level SEs/SE Managers
  • Extensive experience with complex, enterprise sales
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Serves as business owner for various (regional) SE policies and operations
  • Ensures timely dissemination and communication of dept. goals and objectives
  • Culture carrier who values the team over the individual and values; getting to the right answer is more important than being right
  • Bias for teamwork and collaboration; strong cross-functional relationship builder
  • Sensitivity and appreciation for open source and the bottom-up motions
  • Willing, excited, and able to engage with customers strategically

  • Blending technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to drive regional success and contribute to the overall goals of Dynatrace
