Requirements
  • Active Secret security clearance or the ability to receive and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in robotics engineering or automation integration.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic arms, including Kuka, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or equivalent systems.
  • Proficiency in robotics programming, including ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of sensors, actuators, programmable logic controllers, and safety-rated robotics.
  • Familiarity with computer-aided design and simulation tools, including SolidWorks, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, RobotMaster, RoboDK, or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and operations teams to design and deliver custom robotic manufacturing and inspection solutions.
  • Support concept development, trade studies, and feasibility assessments for new automation approaches.
  • Document and communicate designs, test results, and system performance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the development of robotic systems for internal and external customers.
