Responsibilities

  • Build and run detailed onboarding project plans in Asana across Content, Advertising, Supply Chain, Creative, Catalog, and Data.
  • Reconcile sales commitments with onboarding deliverables and lead client conversations when they differ.

  • Guide clients through initial purchase orders, forecasts, and launch planning with internal teams.
  • Join late-stage sales conversations to carry deal context, scope, and commitments into onboarding deliverables.
  • Lead structured handoff meetings so the Brand Manager receives a stable, fully documented account.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve the company's onboarding playbook, standards, and templates.
  • Manage multiple concurrent onboardings across brands and stages.
