About the job
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally embedded with design and product teams.
- A track record of shipping user-facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of React and some experience with a backend framework such as Node.js or Django.
- Some familiarity with databases, including SQL or NoSQL, and API design.
- Build and ship end-to-end features spanning frontend user interfaces and backend services or APIs.
- Own projects through their full lifecycle, including design discussions, technical scoping, implementation, testing, and post-launch iteration.
- Translate ideas into intuitive, performant, scalable user experiences.
- Contribute to system architecture and ensure a reliable, maintainable, scalable technology stack.
- Balance delivery speed with technical excellence and long-term quality.
- Share knowledge and best practices to support a collaborative team culture.
- Product focus: enthusiasm for shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Inclusive mindset: value different perspectives, create space for input from others, and help foster a positive team culture.
