About the job
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer, with a track record of shipping user-facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of React and some experience with a backend framework such as Node.js or Django.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and API design.
- Build and ship end-to-end features spanning frontend user interfaces and backend services or APIs.
- Own projects through the full lifecycle, including design discussions, technical scoping, implementation, testing, and post-launch iteration.
- Translate ideas into intuitive, performant, and scalable user experiences.
- Contribute to system architecture and help ensure a reliable, maintainable, and scalable technology stack.
- Balance delivery velocity with long-term technical quality.
- Share knowledge and best practices to support a collaborative team culture.
- Stay close to customers and use feedback to ship reliable, scalable experiences that solve user problems.
- Experience working deeply with design and product teams.
- A strong product focus and interest in iterating quickly based on user feedback.
