Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • An active Maine license is required: LSX, LSW, LMSW, LMSW-cc, or LCPC-c.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of behavioral health patients.
  • Complete assessments and treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family sessions.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Assist with discharge planning and community referrals.
  • Provide crisis support and patient advocacy.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Behavioral health or psychiatric experience is preferred.
  • CPI certification is preferred, or must be obtained during orientation.
