Requirements
  • Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors
  • Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift)
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting software
  • Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive adoption of technology
  • Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products and/or services
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Have a passion for outstanding user experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with key merchant and ecosystem partners to support and drive the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality
  • Optimise the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider E-Commerce channels
  • Lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide consistent updates and communication to business leaders
  • Inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences, support partner technology implementations and new feature adoption, and provide technology guidance and product implementation best practices.

  • Writing technical documentation and integration guides
  • Degree education in relevant field desirable, but candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages desirable.
  • Travel within EMEIA as needed.
