A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree is required.
An active Virginia medical license and active Drug Enforcement Administration registration are required.
Experience prescribing psychiatric medications for adults with serious mental illness is required.
Strong experience with clinical documentation and conducting risk assessments in mental health settings is required.
A background in community-based mental health care and experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team are required.
Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

As an ACT Team Psychiatrist, you will play an important clinical role in supporting adults with serious mental illness through community-based treatment. This position is focused on providing psychiatric expertise within the Assertive Community Treatment Team and partnering closely with other care professionals to help clients receive thoughtful, coordinated mental health care.
