  • 10-15 years of B2B product/industry marketing, Sales operations, Program Management, and/or Pre-sales experience
  • Strong strategic planning and operational management skills
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience developing and launching new sales/solution offerings or products is highly desirable
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional team to build a set of 5-10 differentiated value propositions and associated sales collateral
  • Develop and drive overall project plan to co-ordinate efforts across teams
  • Build out a structured release roadmap and resolve blockers
  • Collaborate with product teams to align product capability roadmap with the 'sales play' roadmap
  • Provide inputs and shape the development of high-quality assets
  • Develop and institutionalize a feedback loop for continuous improvement of propositions
