About the job
- A Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication, Anthropology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in cultural training is required, ideally involving defense personnel.
- A strong grasp of intercultural communication and cultural frameworks is required.

- Prepare military personnel for diverse global settings.
- Use case studies and real-world scenarios to reinforce cultural learning.
- Assess the effectiveness of cross-cultural training programs and refine them as needed.
- Conduct cultural outreach activities to expand the program's impact and create collaborative learning environments.
- Prior experience in cross-cultural communication, especially in defense or military, is desirable.
- An understanding of military needs for cultural training is desirable.
