  • Academic studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Juniper network devices and Aruba WiFi and ClearPass appliances.
  • Experience managing network infrastructures and providing IT support for end users.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work some weekends and out-of-office hours.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and developing Ripple's network infrastructure.
  • Participate in the administration and optimization of firewalls and network appliances.
  • Provide front-line IT support to employees through various channels.
  • Manage and support audio/visual systems for meetings and events.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for IT infrastructure efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets and ensure their functionality.
  • Facilitate IT orientations for new hires.
  • Serve as a technical resource and advisor to employees.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and runbooks.
  • Support various IT projects and ensure their timely completion.
