Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for IT infrastructure efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets.
  • Facilitate IT orientations for new hires.
  • Serve as a technical resource and advisor to employees.
  • Create and maintain IT runbooks and end-user documentation.
  • Support various IT projects.
