  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Reg W and intercompany agreements process, including supporting the applicable control frameworks for Finance
  • Provide risk-based reporting and other information for a number of executive level committees and department-wide communications
  • Interact with business partners in other risk and compliance organizations across the company (including the lines of defense) to support the assessment of Reg W applicability, and ensure appropriate agreements and monitoring are in place to support business strategies
  • Serve in an advisory capacity to risk advisors (in the FRM team) and business partners, assisting in execution of intercompany agreements and related control suite work
  • Conduct preparation activities and ongoing support for second line reviews, audits, and regulatory exams, as needed
  • Partner with functional teams across the business areas to assess the health over key risk processes, compliance requirements, functions and controls
  • Identify and drive process improvements within Finance’s operational risk management programs
  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer focus skills
  • Work independently with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • At least 5 years in Financial Services within Compliance, Audit, Legal, or Risk Management focus
  • Financial Risk Manager (FRM) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or other certification
  • Familiarity with Regulation W
