SAP MM Senior Consultant
About the job
- At least 5 years of experience as an SAP MM functional consultant.
- Participation in 2–3 full SAP implementation projects.
- Proven experience in L2/L3 AMS support.
- Solid knowledge of at least one additional SAP Logistics module (SD, EWM/WM, PP, LE, or QM) and its integration with MM.
- Full autonomy across the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Advanced English for direct communication with North America-based stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar.
- Provide L2 and L3 functional support for the SAP MM module, handling complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
- Own the Procure-to-Pay process end-to-end.
- Interact directly in English with US client stakeholders, including business users, key users, and IT counterparts.
- Ensure SLAs are consistently met and propose improvements to the support model.
- Experience working in SAP consulting firms.
- SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience.
- Previous experience with international clients or in North America.
- S/4HANA exposure.
