About the job

Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leading platform or internal-tools products at enterprise scale.
  • Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and a working understanding of large language models, agents, and connectors sufficient to challenge technical recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, selecting, or rolling out AI or automation platforms at enterprise scale, including building business cases with clear cost and value.
  • Experience partnering across engineering, data, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of a new technology or platform.
  • Strong prioritization judgment across competing stakeholders, and comfort saying no.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none currently exists.
  • Technical credibility while staying focused on business outcomes, and commercial judgment focused on value realization rather than technology deployment alone.
  • Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering with security, legal, and compliance teams on governance.
  • Clear communication with executives, business leaders, and engineers.
Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap, use case prioritization, adoption strategy, and value delivery for how employees use AI.
  • Own the enterprise AI roadmap and tool portfolio, deciding which tools and platforms the company invests in, how they are sequenced, and when legacy tools are retired.
  • Set evaluation criteria for AI tools and platforms, weigh business value, cost, and portfolio fit, and make recommendations in partnership with the Principal Architect, who leads technical evaluation.
  • Score and rank AI use cases across the business, decide what moves forward and where it is delivered, and stop work that is not delivering value.
  • Define AI tool, connector, and use-case evaluation and approval standards in partnership with Security, GRC, and Legal.
  • Own the shared AI asset library, deciding what it contains, keeping it current, and driving reuse across teams.
  • Act as product owner for enterprise agents and Claude, owning requirements, priorities, and roadmap in partnership with AI Platform Engineering.
  • Measure AI investments by time to value, productivity improvement, cycle time reduction, employee experience, risk, and financial impact; validate realized benefits with business leaders.
  • Work with Analytics and Finance to demonstrate value relative to spend, and shape vendor and license strategy and build-versus-buy recommendations.
  • Prepare recommendations for the Enterprise AI SteerCo, keep the portfolio aligned with company priorities, and clarify boundaries between the Center of Excellence and adjacent teams.

Procore stock up 16.6% to $62.26, but slim growth and operating losses raise risks

Procore Technologies has beaten the S&P 500 by 7.5% over the past six months, with its stock up 16.6% to $62.26. Solid quarterly results helped drive the gain. Still, analysts at StockStory are passing on the stock for now. Wall Street expects revenue to grow 13.4% over the next 12 months, down from a 26% annualised rate over the past five years. The company also has a history of operating losses. Its average GAAP operating margin over the last year was negative 4.9%, though it was profitable this quarter. The shares trade at 5.8 times forward price-to-sales. The analysts call that reasonable but see no big opportunity.

EarthCam launches 10th-generation Procore integration with agentic AI, sharing data into 23 areas

EarthCam has launched the tenth generation of its Procore integration, which it unveiled on October 22, 2026, at Procore Groundbreak 2026 in Orlando. The update brings jobsite camera imagery and AI detections into more Procore workflows, cutting manual photo handling. Users can now ask about equipment, deliveries, or PPE violations through Procore Datagrid. Scheduled milestone snapshots upload automatically, and punch list items and inspections can be filled directly with EarthCam images. New detections cover trench safety, housekeeping hazards, delivery verification, and dump trucks. The integration already shares imagery to more than 23 areas of Procore. "Our tenth-generation integration carries that mission into agentic AI and beyond," said chief executive officer Brian Cury.

Procore launches voice-first AI app for jobsites, with Meta AI glasses in the works

Procore Technologies launched Procore AI Go at its Groundbreak 2026 event in Orlando on October 21, 2026. The voice-first mobile app lets construction crews ask questions and hear spoken answers drawn from their Procore project data. The app is in open beta for customers in North America. It covers drawings, specifications, requests for information, submittals, and daily logs. It also offers push-to-talk controls for noisy sites and a saved conversation history. Procore is partnering with Meta to bring the app to AI glasses, which is in closed beta. Crews could say "Hey Procore" to get information and capture first-person photos without reaching for a phone. A Procore and Dodge Construction report found contractors can recover two to six hours per person every week through deeper technology adoption.

Procore names COMPASS preferred prequalification solution for its 150,000+ subcontractors

Procore Technologies has named COMPASS, from Toronto-based Bespoke Metrics, its preferred subcontractor prequalification solution. The partnership launches Prequal for All, available to Procore customers now. Subcontractors complete one standardised profile and share it with any general contractor they choose. They join more than 150,000 subcontractors already on COMPASS, which scores each firm's financial, safety, insurance, and operational data to produce the COMPASS Q Score, or "Construction Credit Score." Subcontractors control who sees their profile, and their financial statements stay in COMPASS. Procore receives only the score and prequalification outcomes. COMPASS is among the first partners connected to Procore through the Model Context Protocol. A COMPASS Risk Agent, an AI tool, is expected later this year.

Velosimo announces partnership with Procore Technologies to enhance construction and government collaboration. Oct 7, 2026 Velosimo, a leading integration platform designed for government, is partnering with Procore Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: PCOR), the global leader in construction management software to revolutionize workflow connectivity between construction management and government permitting/inspection processes. This collaboration enables private and public organizations to manage permitting, compliance, and project oversight directly from the Procore platform. Velosimo and Procore bring construction professionals and local government building departments on the same page by connecting project workflows with regulatory workflows. When those processes are disconnected, permits stall, inspections slip, and compliance gets messy. With Velosimo's no-code connector, teams can submit and update permits, schedule inspections, and check status - directly inside Procore - so information moves in real time, approvals happen faster, and everyone stays in sync from pre-construction through closeout. "Both the construction industry and government share a commitment to serving communities," said Maury Blackman, CEO of Velosimo. "Our partnership with Procore creates a connected framework that enhances project efficiency and public sector responsiveness. This is a meaningful step forward for civic technology." With more than two million construction professionals on Procore's platform and Velosimo powering connections for nearly 150 state and local government agencies, including the State of Oregon, the State of California, Dallas, TX, and San Diego, CA, this partnership is built to strengthen public-private collaboration. By uniting construction and regulatory workflows in one seamless environment, it helps the industry digitize operations, keep projects moving, and meet complex permitting and compliance requirements with greater speed and certainty.
