About the company

Pro-Vac delivers subsurface infrastructure services across the United States as a single-source contractor for complex underground work, including hydro-excavation, stormwater and sewer maintenance, CCTV inspection, line jetting, vacuum sweeping, pipe repair and grouting, cathodic protection, mobile railcar cleaning, and 24/7 emergency response. Hydro-excavation uses high-pressure water to loosen soil and a vacuum to remove spoil, exposing buried utilities without damaging them. It differentiates itself with a nationwide, coordinated package backed by private equity, and growth through internal promotion and acquisitions to broaden geography and capabilities, plus round-the-clock support. The goal is to become the leading nationwide provider of subsurface infrastructure services with revenue growth toward $200 million and expanded service reach.
