After-School Paraprofessional

Salary Range: 29 to 40 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

As a BrightBee After School Paraprofessional, you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed. You might work 1:1 with a student or support a classroom alongside a teacher. No two days are the same—but every day matters. We are currently partnered with the following school districts. During your interview we will go into detail about what assignments are available at these sites. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more your earning potential is.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Support students with learning and after school classroom activities
• Help manage behavior using positive reinforcement
• Assist during lunch, recess, and school activities
• Work closely with teachers and school staff

✅ Basic Requirements

• 48 college credits
• Experience working with students with disabilities 
• RBT experience a plus  
• Bilingual (Spanish)
