Requirements
A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required.
Must be licensed or certified in the State of Wisconsin, such as as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Licensed Professional Counselor.
Must meet health requirements.
Must maintain a professional license.

This position is 40 hours per week, with 28 being patient contact hours.
Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Counselor on - site work position provides an opportunity to collaborate with other medical professionals while working with individuals. The Behavioral Health Counselor will perform assessments, and work with a variety of populations while promoting self-determination and empowerment for patients.
Education and Training Required:
Minimum: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
Minimum: Licensed/Certified in the State of Wisconsin (i.e. Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC)
Meets health requirements.
Maintains professional license.
Experience:
Preferred one year of experience in Clinical Counseling.
