What believers are saying

  • Full-time staff get education support: Capio funds training to keep employees current with technology and continuing education.
  • One architecture opening is remote: Capio lists its Senior Enterprise Architect vacancy at $130,000-$140,000.
  • Regulated modernization adds depth: Capio's Business Lead vacancy covers replacing a 30-year-old notary and apostille system.

What critics are saying

  • Client priorities determine assignments: Capio's advertised architecture role leaves service scope at the client's discretion.
  • Experience does not replace credentials: Capio's remote Project Manager vacancy requires a valid PMP certification.
  • Security duties extend beyond architecture: Capio's Solution/Cloud Architect posting also assigns penetration testing and accessibility audits.

What makes Capio Group unique

  • State purchasing has a contract route: Capio lists a California master agreement for technology consulting.
  • Testing follows requirements: Capio maps functional designs and use cases to system test scripts.
  • Data work includes client education: Capio builds data literacy sessions into deployment of its management strategies.
