  • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related major
  • 7+ years of experience in project management in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or Manufacturing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Experience with supply chain technology/processes such as WMS, S&OP/E, Planning, and ERP Systems
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on the customer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of managing, developing, and motivating teams
  • Understanding and experience operating as a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)

Responsibilities
  • Developing CI culture throughout SC Operations
  • Building a CI Community of Practice
  • Delivering CI training, coaching, & mentorship
  • Standardizing & governing CI & Lean practices
  • Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Facilitating CI/Lean workshops
  • Consulting with E2E SC teams for improvement opportunities
  • Auditing operational processes with a CI mindset
  • Reviewing functional roadmap plans
  • Coaching SC leaders on Management System Maturity Assessment
  • Identifying pain points and creating action plans
  • Leading E2E problem-solving
  • Prioritizing improvement opportunities
