Requirements

- Knowledge of protocols, application programming interfaces, and network communication.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ability to test and verify protocol behavior on Windows Servers and Clients.
- Ability to provide proposed workarounds to Protocol Support Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Identify new or updated protocols through the inventory process.
- Create work items in Azure DevOps for each protocol.
- Research and understand the content to be documented.
- Author documents according to agreed-upon milestones.
- Deliver final documents to the Content Team Primary Writer.
- Resolve technical documentation issues in Azure DevOps for assigned documents.
- Test and verify protocol behavior on Windows Servers and Clients.
- Provide proposed workarounds to Protocol Support Engineers.
- Deliver fixes for affected documents.
