Requirements
  • 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience for both salaried and hourly employees.
  • Proven experience leading, implementing and scaling total rewards programs
  • Effective communicator with a consultative approach
  • Experience tracking, reporting and presenting on data
  • Comfortable navigating and working through change in a scaling business environment
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance teams to effectively budget and forecast for compensation, benefits and equity programs
  • Deliver thoughtful and effective program rollouts, enhancements and training to the company
  • Define the compensation strategy, develop and implement changes, and oversee various programs
  • Provide strategic direction for benefits packages with a focus on delivering a competitive and compelling total rewards offering
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously improve compensation, benefits, and perks programs
